At Nightingale Health Foundation, we know that healthcare is a basic human right, not a luxury.

We are here to create deep, meaningful partnerships with nonprofits in the San Fernando Valley, and are here to ensure these critical health and human service organizations are able to provide people in the community with the tools they need for success, stability, and reintegration.

Unfortunately, nonprofit service providers are oftentimes challenged by inadequate staffing, limited resources, and sparse funding, while still expected to care for the whole health of the most vulnerable populations. This includes individuals and families who were previously unhoused or are prone to becoming homeless.  

 

We are a foundation that aims to be a safety net for our community based organizations. We work with our partners to connect people who may be prone to falling into homelessness to tools and resources necessary to remain housed in the San Fernando Valley.

By design, we are not a traditional service provider. We are a team of professionals that hope to enhance our communities through kindness and connections.
